Mark joined our team in 2014 after studying English Literature and Sociology at Carleton University in Ottawa, followed by completion of a post-graduate program in International Marketing at Humber College in Toronto. After working in the marketing profession for 4 years, Mark was seeking a change and chose to enter the condominium management sector. Having managed both commercial and condominium properties, Mark has cultivated a highly developed skill set that includes strong conflict resolution abilities, excellent relationship-building, and working well under pressure while ensuring the needs of his clients are met in a proactive manner. Mark’s professionalism, sense of diplomacy and approachability provide the foundation for the establishment of strong bonds with the condominium boards with whom he works, thereby ensuring a team approach to all aspects of his clients’ needs. Mark seeks to be involved in a variety of areas of the condominium management sector, acting as a moderator and speaker at industry events offered by the Grand River Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.
